The architecture by Sean Lockyer blends the natural surroundings of ocean and rainforest, with local wood, Italian stone and exquisite formwork. The building sits as a work of art within the hillside, boasting its own microclimate and offering protection from prevailing winds.
The Estate is designed to bring balance through the green and blue spaces, using deep-rooted biophilic design principles enabling humans' natural connection with plants and water.
